I am the Founder, Owner, and Employing Broker of Seven6 Real Estate. I am a native of South Dakota and moved to Colorado in 2001 upon graduating from Black Hills State University with degrees in Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Studies.

I began my career working for a real estate investment company and quickly became it’s Director of Operations, managing the acquisition, remodel, management, and disposition of over 400 properties.

Since 2005 I’ve worked as a licensed real estate broker helping countless clients achieve their real estate goals. I’ve also worked as a professional real estate investor fixing and flipping over 250 properties for myself, in partnership with others, and for clients. This real world experience gives me unique insights on the ever evolving real estate market and has provided me with the experience to expertly assist my clients.

I love real estate (especially mid century modern homes!), but I also enjoy time for recreation. In my off time you’ll find me enjoying the mountains and outdoors of Colorado. Tennis, hiking, cross-fit, mountain biking and snowboarding are a few of my favorite activities. My wife Brenna, daughter Astoria, and I call Lakewood home. Brenna is the proud owner of The Nest Nail Spa with locations in Lakewood and Denver. Together we enjoy traveling, cooking, gardening, hiking, and riding bikes.

Pete is a broker with Seven6 Real Estate. He graduated from
Colorado Christian University with degrees in Theology and
Business in 2002. In 2006 he returned to Denver after two years
in Panama where he had the privilege of serving as a Peace
Corps Volunteer with his wife Allison. He and Allison have three
young children who are the absolute joy of their lives.
Pete is a real estate investor with experience flipping homes and
holding property as long term rentals. He has assisted his clients
in over 400 successful transactions, and has experience with
property management and construction. Pete’s clients choose to
work with him because of his straight forward and honest
approach and extensive experience. He is passionate about Real
Estate and looks forward to helping you meet your personal Real
Estate needs and goals.

I began my Real Estate Journey in 2002, as a real estate investor, and property manager. Since that time, I have successfully completed many fix-and-flips, managed long-term rentals, bought and sold
numerous properties, and helped clients do the same. I Joined Seven6 Real Estate in 2016 and am currently a top producer and the team lead for the Access Team. I have received multiple excellence awards for being in the top 5% of Denver Metro Agents. I am passionate about Real Estate and work incredibly hard for my clients. My goal is always to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Originally, I moved out to Colorado from Michigan in 1996 to finish my undergraduate studies. I completed my education at Colorado Christian University and worked for Jefferson County Schools as a 5th & 6th grade teacher for 21 years, all the while pursuing and investing in Real Estate along the way. In addition, I earned my pilot’s license in 2004 and continue to pursue a family tradition of flying.

At home I have two wonderful kids and my beautiful wife Suzanne. We currently live in Arvada, but have lived in many places around the Metro area including Denver, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, Aurora, and Evergreen. I am passionate about real estate and understand the intricacies of different clients’ needs and the ever-changing market landscape. I am extremely patient and enjoy “teaching” the process to new buyers and sellers, as well as working with seasoned investors.

Hello, I’m a full time professional real estate agent with The Access Team at Seven6 Real Estate and has been an agent since 2020.

I have lived in Denver since 2005. From the first time we meet, you will feel at ease with my professionalism and friendly personality. Working with me you’ll will feel confident in my understanding of construction processes and my ability to represent your best interest through the entire Real Estate transaction. I continually strives to improve my education and knowledge through professional classes, and hands on experience.

I have the desire to help people become successful investors. I am a graduate of the Armburst Professional School of Real Estate where I earned the designation of certified negotiation expert. I have worked in the Real Estate industry for more than 10 years and have accumulated my own real estate portfolio. This allows me to have insider knowledge of how to help investor clients be successful in the ever-changing Real Estate market.

Being the first generation of migrant parents, I have learned what it is to have a strong work ethic, high morals, and core values. I live these values everyday and it shows when you work with me through a transaction where I always put my client’s best interests first.

As a Colorado native, I love my beautiful state and the people inside it. Born and raised in the South Denver Metro area as a Columbine High School graduate, I have extensive knowledge about the area and am passionate about helping others make Colorado their home. I specialize in residential buying and selling and strive to exceed my clients’ expectations every day.

Our real estate team has a combined 50+ years of real estate experience in the Denver Metro area in all facets of real estate – buying and selling properties for homeowners, rental properties, fix and flips, foreclosures, and commercial properties.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, baking cookies, hiking, and love serving at my local church.
