The agent who has years of experience, the knowledge to help you find the perfect home, and the skills and marketing abilities to sell your home in any market.
So you call one of the big brokerages and end up working with the “top producer” and soon find out you’re working with their employees and lower level agents. Or, you try the other route and end up with an agent who’s “eager to help and do anything to earn your trust” but doesn’t have the years in the business to properly assist you with the biggest investment and asset in your life.
