I can’t say enough great things about Dominic. I was referred to Dominic by a friend from work. I had others lined up to talk with (unknown to Dominic) but due to Dominic’s calm demeanor and knowledge I passed on meeting with anyone else. There always seemed to be a comfort that Dominic always had my family’s best interest in mind.  He was thorough in his communication and follow up. I was in and out of town for business so it was always good to know we were a priority to him. He personally took me around to look at houses (I have bought three houses and this was a first) and had a website that provided many options to look at. When we went to view houses I was confident that the input he provided was accurate and up to date.  His input was invaluable since I never had my wife with me when we were looking and ultimately trusted his judgment. Our negotiations were quick but he thoroughly provided the different options and the best path to proceed. In my situation there were multiple offers on the table and the negotiation strategy was key. Dominic did his thing and we got the house! Even after the deal was done Dominic stayed in contact and helped support getting the house inspected and worked to ensure there were no issues with finalizing the mortgage. The thing I was most impressed with was it came to sign documents to close. He was there, right there next to me answering any questions I had. He had my back through the whole process. And still after that he cared enough to come see the house and see how we were doing moving in. Also as a benefit of having Dominic as a Real Estate agent comes his vast knowledge of everything and everyone in the Denver area. If you need something or looking for a referral he is the man. I would 100% recommend Dominic to anyone that was looking to buy or sell a house.

Our grandmother lives in Denver and the rest of us all live in different parts of the country so when it came time to help her sell her house, we knew that it was going to be a daunting task.

My grandmother had a beautiful old home but it was in desperate need of some care, making our task of selling it from a distance even more overwhelming.

When we first met with Dominic, he immediately saw through the surface issues and appreciated the potential charm the old house had. He is a very skilled and patient communicator and a strategic thinker where house repairs and sales are concerned. Dominic quickly laid out a plan for what we would need to do to get the best possible price balanced with only minimal investment in repairs.

Dominic served as both a realtor and a general contractor for our project. His combined skills in those fields are a truly amazing and invaluable asset for someone looking to sell a house.  He knew exactly what we needed to do and he had all of the right contacts to get the job done properly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. We have all had experiences buying and fixing up old houses and appreciate what it takes both to do the work ourselves and to find and manage contractors. We have never worked with a general contractor who was as personable, honest, up-front, realistic, and thorough. His initial ballpark estimates for costs on repairs were so accurate we felt like we were working with a magician! And his relationships with other contractors of all types are obviously very positive and strong, allowing him to call on people to come in and get work done quickly and inexpensively.

Dominic made the whole process of selling our grandmother’s house extremely easy and he was an absolute pleasure to work with.  He was 100% reliable–critically important when we were making all this happen from thousands of miles away–and he managed to get a price for the house that none of us would have dreamed was possible before we started the process.

If any of us ever find ourselves buying or selling a house in the Denver area again, there is no doubt that we will be calling Dominic to assist us.  Our whole family wishes that we had someone like Dominic in our areas to help us with our own home and real estate projects. We are still pinching ourselves over a year later convincing ourselves that it was all real! We just can’t quite believe that an experience so potentially difficult could have possibly gone so well. It is no exaggeration to say that we owe it all to Dominic – he’s achieved superhero status with our family!
